Leadership

The year 2012 has been a year of fine tuning and strengthening the foundation of the parish organizational structures. To mark these changes, the Parish leadership team members are currently looking at restructuring the governance and decision-making process of the Parish Council and ministries. Our desire is to provide a governance structure that is transparent and accountable.  As well, we hope to serve the mission in the new ways we need and to begin these essential steps now.
We will provide more information as the new governance structure evolves. We are working on a Collaborative Leadership Model which we hope to present to the parish in May 2012.

Parish Pastoral Council

The Parish Pastoral Council is an advisory board to the pastor. Parish Pastoral Council meets on the third Wednesday evening of each month. Council members also converse through email and while working on sub-committees and small working groups.
